For your convenience, we are located at 133 Princess St. Suite 112 in LaSalle Mews, downtown Kingston within short walking distance from Queens Campus. Our location allows you to do several errands or go for lunch while waiting for a friend or family member.
Office Hours
Monday to Friday 8:30 to 4:30 p.m. The office is closed daily for lunch from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. This leaves the normal noon lunch time open for you to make appointments. Appointments may be made by calling: 613-546-9898 or by completing the Online form here.

We realize how important your time is and we make every effort to keep you from waiting. As a courtesy to you, we will call the day before to confirm your appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so that we may give your time to someone else in need of treatment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
